Underground Parking Garages and Car Parks

A parking guidance system has been introduced to make it easier to find a parking space. The city of Linz is divided into the regions “Urfahr” (GREEN), “Center east” (RED) and “Center west” (YELLOW). Each of the three zones is provided with characteristic colors, which can be found on the 8 Information boards and the 179 sign posts. This means that motorists are guided quickly and without detours to garages, where their vehicles can be parked for an unlimited time. In addition, there are parking lots located in close vicinity to tram and bus stops.
